Training "Telephone Sales"

On 16 March, the sales team of the Empire of Metals company took part in the training "Telephone Sales" by Sergey Efremov.

The training covered the main errors, also there were shown key skills of communication via phone with customers. The managers were told about the methods and techniques of effective dialogue with a potential customer. The components of successful negotiations by phone were highlighted. The technology of behavior when dealing with difficult customers and much more were shown.
